Alpevox supports both paper (simulated) and live trading via your brokerage account. Paper trading uses simulated funds with no real money involved. Live trading executes real orders through your brokerage account.

Simulated trading performance is not necessarily indicative of future real trading results. Past performance — simulated or live — does not guarantee future results.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Alpevox is a software tool provided for informational purposes only.

You should always seek independent financial advice from a qualified professional before making real investment decisions. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or dealers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour.

Alpevox integrates with Alpaca Markets for brokerage execution. Your use of Alpaca is subject to Alpaca's Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for the security of your third-party API keys. We store keys securely in our database with restricted access controls, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

Alpevox is a software interface that connects to your Alpaca brokerage account. We never have direct access to your funds. All deposits, withdrawals, and fund management must be done directly through Alpaca Markets.

The only money Alpevox collects is your subscription fee for use of the platform, processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are entirely separate from your Alpaca trading capital.

In the event of any issue with Alpevox, your trading funds remain safe and accessible directly through your Alpaca account at app.alpaca.markets.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. No refunds are available after 7 days or for renewal charges.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The Alpevox AI trading agent makes autonomous trading decisions in paper or live mode. We do not guarantee any specific performance or results from the agent.

The agent may experience downtime, errors, or unexpected behaviour. We are not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or outcomes resulting from agent behaviour.
